Happy New Year!
Well I hope everyone out there had a great New Years. At ShoeboxSavings.com we all had a wonderful time visiting family or having family over for the holidays. Since then we have been moving in fast forward trying to get new products online for the New Year.
Speaking of the New Year we want you all to know that even though 2008 has been very tough economically for all of us, we're still here for you. In 2001 when the stock market crashed and everyone thought they were going to loose everything, we started Shoebox Savings so that everyday people could still afford to have nice athletic shoes. Now in 2008 with the down turn of the stock & housing markets we are still offering athletic shoes at amazingly discounted prices.

Holiday Shipping Guide - Shoebox Savings
Happy Holiday's Everyone!
We're very excited here at Shoebox Savings to offer our customers Free Ground Shipping in the Domestic US.
Now begining Monday Dec. 8th we will be offering UPS 3 day and USPS Priority mail shipping at our web store for only $9.95. (Limited time offer available through the new year; Restrictions Apply).
UPS has told us that they will not guarantee the normal delivery days for UPS Ground shipments as of Dec. 1rst through the end of the year. However, we expect all ground packages shipped through the 12th to make it by Christmas as far East as NY. For packages shipped to a western location you should be ok through the 16th.
USPS Priority mail and UPS 3 day should get to their destinations domestically as long as they are shipped out by the 19th. After that I would be concerned that they wouldn't make it.
Everyone at Shoebox Savings is going to stay on until Dec. 23 to ship 2nd day and Express packages and also to answer any emails and questions people have. We hope this will be helpful to you during the holiday season.

Welcome to the Shoebox Savings blog! We are new to this whole blogging thing, but wanted a place to share our thoughts, ideas, and information about sneakers. Here, you will find info about our product line - changes and additions - as well as what’s hot in the wonderful world of footwear. We also love getting feedback from our customers – so please share your comments and suggestions!
For those of you who don’t know who we are, here’s a brief run-down: We started the company in October 2001. Because of the economic downturn that followed 9/11, we knew that Americans were feeling the pinch. We wanted to supply our customers with the brand-name sneakers that we all love – but at a fraction of the cost. Thus, Shoebox Savings was born. We sell strictly online, so we avoid the high costs of salespeople and rental space. This allows us to sell our sneakers at up to 80% of retail price. We have the hottest name-brands on the market, and our inventory is constantly changing.
